molecular cellulose with non reducing ends.Cx
acts on the non reducing ends of the short chain to produce cellobiose.β -
glucosidase hydrolyzes cellobiose into glucose molecules furtherly.This
product can effectively destroy the cell wall structure, degrade the anti
